Monday Randomosity....

We are back from our trip to Florida and it was quite the whirlwind! I have a post coming soon about traveling with a baby! I def. made a few mistakes on this trip that I learned from.

- Now I am super busy unpacking everything and washing EVERYTHING. After every trip I like to clean all his toys in bleach water and most all his equipment is due for a deep cleaning so travel highchair, changing mat, stroller seat etc.

- This trip just secured how much we LOVE our stroller. I highly recommend the Baby Jogger City Select for all you mommies out there.

 - I need a recommendation from you all on a good stain remover. What is your favorite kind? Do those Tide  To Go Sticks really work?

- My boy will be one in TEN days! How is this possible?

- Fall consignment season has started and I have SO much to price and tag and get ready for.Baby gear changes a lot every year ( and also takes up ALOT of space) so I just decided to sell stuff rather than hang on to it for baby # 2.

 - I am working on series of posts to conclude piggles first year and my 1st year as a mom. Stay Tuned. I plan to cover all my mistakes and decisions I am proud of.

- Did any of you watch the Teen Mom Reunion shows? Talk about bringing on the water works. I just LOVE the Tyler/Kailen story so much and think they are such sweet kids.

How was everyone else's weekend?

Can't wait to read all your upcoming blogs!!! I just love them! I can't believe that sweet baby is about to be a year old? Where does the time go? Yes I have been watching the Teen Mom reunion shows and I totally agree with you! I love Tyler/Kaitlin! So over the whole Amber/Gary situation! Give 'piggles' some love from all the Rowells!!!

As far as a stain remover BIZ works on everything but (red clay.) I use a bucket to soak stuff in and then pour it into the load when you are ready to wash. Biz and Dawn dish washing sometimes. Just pour directly on the stain and scrub it together and then let it soak. I too like watching the Teen Mothers and love Tyler and Kaitlin. Amber and Gary need to grow up and get on with their lives.. Can't believe he will be a year old already. Be sure to post his weight and height so that we can send something soon. Take care and give him a big hug from all or us....

My go to stain remover is to soak (fresh) stains in Oxy Clean. Haven't tried it with set in ones though. Good luck!

I can't wait for your post on things you've learned and are proud of from this last year!!!

Also, I'm soooo glad you are selling your baby stuff and not hanging on to it for #2..... as #4 in my family, I think it's important for each baby to have a things of their own. I understand there are some things you can re-use and should, but it's nice to know you are thinking especially about each child as an individual and different as the other.... (my soap box)

For stain remover I enjoy the tide to go pen for those "oh crap" I've just spilled my diner on myself and we are going somewhere else. For laundry the tide stain remover spray is amazing, expensive but gets out every stain even dried on through the dryer stains.

i soak everything in oxy clean. when E outgrew clothes I accidentally put some away with stains on them and when i pulled them out 2 years later for sally and soaked them in the oxy clean powder they came out perfect! it even got out red FINGERNAIL polish on a church dress without any scrubbing involved. not kidding!
