Stage 1 Food : 4-6 Months
1 Apple = 4 small servings of applesauce
* *I have come to realize that adding water left from steaming to the puree helps alot. Foods solidify once they are cold so you wanna store them pretty liquidy* (is that a word?)

Apple Sauce Baby Food
Stage 1 4-6 Mos.
Ingredients
- 1 Apple
Directions
- Peel, core and cut apple. Make sure to remove all seeds and any potential choking hazards.
- Steam the apple. In beabe fill water to level 2 and put in steaming basket until light goes off.
- Pour steamed apple water underneath basket into a measuring cup and set aside incase you want to use it to thin apple sauce.
- Put steamed apples in the beabe or a food processor and puree.
