Flea Market Finds

We had a lovely time at the flea market Saturday! Erik, Wooten and I all went in the freezing cold. It turned into quite the adventure!
I got this whole set of Turquoise Melmac Coffee Mugs & Plates for A DOLLAR! That was really exciting. It was all very dirty so I am in the process of scrubbing and bleaching. One day Erik and I will have our dream old Airstream or VW van and these will be our camper dishes! ha
Here is a huge lot of organic chapstick! They were 25 cents each ( retail $3.99 each) and erik loses chapstick atleast once a day!

Some spoons and baster.I love using wooden spoons in the kitchen. Dont know why?
And THIS BEAUTY! I am really really excited about it. There is a man who makes furniture from old wood pieces and parts of old houses, for instance the doors on this china cabinet are from old windows. Its very distressed which is a look I am really drawn to. Its tall enough to act as a bar or PERFECT serving buffett. I am sure the color is off putting to some but it fits perfectly within our theme of dining room, and at any point that I change themes I can just paint it. Even Erik liked it alot and as soon as I had talked the guy down 50% then he was ready to bring it home!
Poor Wooten helped us lug that thing home and move it in! Oh yeah and I also got a scrap of Red Velvet upholstery fabric for $2 that I can cover 2 more dining room chairs in!
