I got all my stuff layed out and taught myself some good skills with a drill. Boy are those things tricky! I was able to remove all the existing hardware before hitting a road block. I was SO.PROUD. really thinking I was awesome... and then...
I ran into SEVERAL problems. You see below the old hardware. See those last 4 inches that were not tracked? Well that was a big part of the problem. Also you can see how I was scratching the doors up trying to pull them out.Anyway lining up all that hardware was not my thing.. AND taking screws out is ALOT easier than drilling them in.
So I went to Erikface and I begged."Laura I told you this was not a 20 minute project but a FOUR HOUR one"
I pouted
no response
I got MAD
he pretended not to notice
I threatened to attempt it myself again wreaking all sorts of potential havock on the pantry
He did NOt care..
but eventually, being a good bubs, he came and saved the day. It took him about 5 minutes to fix what I had been studying for 4 hours.
He managed to get 2 of the 5 installed before he left for his Hockey game! Yeah for my snuggles! He is a smart patient husband and I am a fiesty stubborn little wife!
Together we are good at projects! ha
