Here is a pic of everything in place but not finished! I still cant decide on a paint color for the room. I like all the dark jewel tone colors but worry that nothing will show up with a dark backdrop.Feel free to comment with any and all suggestions!

You are right..............too dark and it won't show up!
i think a plumish purple would look awesome.
paint the chairs silver and get a cool patterned tablecloth or runner, paint the walls peacock blue leave trim bright white :)
I think you should paint the room a blue that is 1/2 of the color lighter than the chair cushions. Trim could stay white or you could think about doing it in a metallic gold. We did that with the office in our house with dark khaki colored walls and it looks really good. I LOVE the everything else you've done in the room. It looks fantastic!
