Saturday Night Is Girls Night!

Last night, Erik was working so Courtney & I decided to have a ladies night. First we went to dinner, then we stopped at the drugstore to get Sinus Rinse stuff so Courtney could teach me how to "Clean my sinuses" then we had movie night and arranged the cool couch in perfect movie pad. Are we wild and crazy or WHAT? It doesn't get any cooler than this people.

But Seriously. has anyone ever tried this? I am having issues and have been horse since last weekend. At first I thought it was that mad kareoke concert I gave at Matt & Scott's then as days went by I have decided it is allergy related. Anyone who does this speaks highly of its relief so.. here we go. Supplies. Check

Me, leaning over the sink trying to do this without drowning myself.. check

Courtney photographing for blog...check

Then one totally rad movie pad! check!
So we watched "No Country for Old Men" and "Sweeney Todd" which I fell asleep during. but boy can I breathe better!

i have been wanting to try that thing, tell me how it works after you have been using it for a while, it freaks me out.

Ha it TOTALLY freaks me out, but Courtney reassured me that over time it gets easier once you realize that you wont drown and she was right! I did it again today and was much faster and less scary. My head feels quite clear!

I have heard of this before, never tried it. Once I tried an ear candle and got infections in both ears so I am scared to clean stuff out. You'll have to let me know how it keeps working!

Yeah, I did the ear candle thing too and it was fine. But when Caro did it she got a BAD ear infection. Weird.

I've used it before. It works like a charm!

True it does work and your head feels good. more clear, less congested etc. It is not easy at first though so I recommend having a coach!! Courtney is for Hire. $15 a lesson. ha

By the way, Love the new effects on the blog, Laura!

I love cleansing my sinuses! SinuCleanse is a great product to do this! It helps me breathe better when my sinuses are stopped up.
