The Brays + Italy = FUN FUN FUN

So Guess what? The Grizas are taking it to Italy this Spring! Julie and Bryan Bray our good friends from Bham are planning a trip and invited us! We are super pumped cause JulieBray has planned all of it out with a budget and everything! She is one of my organized friends!

So we shall celebrate Bryan's impending Graduation from Nurse Anesthesictstsahfjklahsdfnskldvnf School. I cant spell that word so just improvise or whatever...
I have always wanted to go since seeing Juliel Graham's pics a few years ago! Looked very pretty and fun. I have visions of me in a gondola and riding a sea green scooter! HA

Anyways, We are very excited and must postpone all home renovations in order to seize (and afford) this moment! ha
Please comment with any advice or expertise about what to visit , pack etc.
Go for it!
Ciao!

I heard a co-worker talking the other day about how some airlines now (or in the near future) will charge you extra if you try to check more than two bags... try to investigate that before you start packing... I'll see if I can figure out where she saw that! just as a heads up!

I asked and I think you have to check with whichever airline you are flying with as far as what their restrictions are... for instance delta allows you two checked bags "free of charge" - then they charge you $150 for each bad if you are flying outside the US... http://www.delta.com/traveling_checkin/baggage/baggage_allowance/excess_baggage/index.jsp

Ok. So I may have to send you and email to tell you about all the fab places to go. Florence is a MUST. The open air shopping markets there are to die for. I'm serious. And we screwed up--we didn't buy NEARLY enough leather goods (one jacket and one pair of shoes)...long story, but the point is load up in Florence on the leather. Ok, if you want some details send me an email (Oh, and while we were there we had not one, but TWO war eagle moments. Auburn is everywhere!)
